The intended audience is children. On this website, there is poetry to read, tips for writing poetry, teacher ideas, and information on poet Bruce Lansky.

Kristine O’Connell George
The poet includes some of her poetry, teaching ideas, tips for young poets, and lots of ideas for celebrating poetry in classrooms.

Poetry4kids.com
Described as poet Kenn Nesbitt’s “Poetry Playground,” this site contains poetry lessons, games, and a rhyming dictionary, in addition to poetry to read.

Writing with Writers: Poetry
In separate “workshops,” poets Jack Prelutsky, Karla Kuskin, and Jean Marzollo offer many tips and take students through steps in writing poetry.
